WebI had ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair with the MCL internal brace in April of 2024. What an experience! Non-weightbearing with my left leg in a straight brace at all times for 8 weeks, it was brutal. Since then, I've been doing well. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week as well as bike rides and walking in between.
