WebI just got my free T4 results and they are on the very low end of normal (0.82). Still waiting on T3. I don’t go by TSH because it’s always suppressed due to treatment with Armour thyroid (T3-containing medication). I’ve heard people feel best when the numbers are on the high end but not certain if there’s a standard. Vote.
