WebMar 20, 2016 · I was out at the car this morning and noticed that my hood doesn't seem to correctly aligned. The gap between the hood and the front bumper is wider on the right than it is on the left. And the left side is almost touching the fender and the right is much wider. Can the hood be adjusted (DIY), or is taking it to the chevy dealer the answer. WebMay 22, 2024 · The gap itself is not your issue-if you look at the other fog water can easily pass around the foglight as it does not seal to the bumper-there is a small gap. I would double check the seals around the light socket-make sure the socket is locked in place, as well as the gasket inside is not deformed or torn.
