WebIt triggers as soon as you enter the area north of Liurnia. BUT if you defeat the Boss in castle redmane, everything will be resetted after you talk to the old npc guy. I just defeated the boss, talked to the old man and came back to the castle, and all enemies are back and i can loot everything again! 58. SadTater.
