A filter on material/cargo type would be handy, but would be a BIG list to manage - so I will stick to the simpler option please! With an on/off toggle for the mining laser (Hijack).

WebDon't try to find it visually, use your Contacts panel on the left. Target it there, then scoop it up by opening your cargo hatch and slowly flying to where it is (there's a little targeting window that shows you the item, and how it's lining up with your hatch. Or use collector limpets, if you know how. That's faster and easier.

When I'm mining I have 12 out collecting, works a treat. A and B class are your best bet, B class gives best range and A class gives longest duration when set to roam.
