WebI have found the answer to my own question. Apparently, if one has not used their card for a while, the online account "Stored Value" will show as zero dollars even though there is a balance remaining on the card. Per the customer service rep, the balance will show correctly again once the card is used. Sounds like a bug in their system to me. 2.
